A unique new manga series titled 'The Guy Who Thinks He Reincarnated as a Villain Even Though the Gender Ratio is Glitched' has officially launched on the Piccoma platform. Written by Yuui Hinami and illustrated by Ponzu Inu Chimera, the story follows a protagonist who mistakenly believes he’s the antagonist in a fantasy world, unaware that the world's skewed gender balance has completely flipped traditional social dynamics into a chaotic romantic comedy. Combining elements of Isekai and 'chastity reversal' tropes, the series promises a fresh take on the over-saturated villain subgenre by subverting expectations of how a 'villain' is treated. Following its initial digital debut, the manga is scheduled for a wider release across various digital bookstores starting July 15, targeting fans who enjoy subverted tropes and high-stakes romantic misunderstandings.
