Fist of the North Star: Elegy of the Ken-oh Army Grunts Season 2 Premieres July 6!

The expendable minions of the Ken-oh Army are officially set to return for a second cour! The short anime 'Hokuto no Ken: Ken-oh-gun Zako-tachi no Banka' will begin its broadcast on July 6 via AT-X and TOKYO MX. A fresh promotional video and key visual have been unveiled, capturing the desperate and humorous struggles of the 'Zako' grunts as they attempt to survive in the post-apocalyptic wasteland of the Fist of the North Star universe. Based on the spin-off manga by Buronson, Tetsuo Hara, and Hiroshi Kurao, the series offers a comedic perspective on the lives of the nameless soldiers who usually serve as cannon fodder for Kenshiro's iconic techniques.
